What You'll Be Doing - Taking inbound calls from customers booking service - Asking the right questions to understand the problem - Booking jobs accurately into our scheduling system (ServiceTitan) - Handling pricing questions, objections, and customer concerns professionally - Following up with customers on completed jobs - Working alongside dispatch to keep the day flowing smoothly - Documenting everything clearly in customer records What We're Looking For - Strong phone presence and clear communication - Patience with frustrated customers without losing your own composure - Comfort following scripts and processes (we have proven ones) - Attention to detail in note-taking and data entry - Ability to multi-task between calls, scheduling, and follow-up - Coachable attitude — we train you on the rest If you don't like talking on the phone, prefer working alone in silence, or get rattled when someone raises their voice, this won't be a fit.
