We're looking for a Facility and Operations Manager to own our physical infrastructure — the building, the fleet, the equipment, and the processes that keep our team running. We believe: - A well-run operation makes everything else easier - Details matter — in the field and in the building - Accountability is a daily practice, not an event - Growth comes from doing things the right way What You'll Be Doing - Managing all facility maintenance — office, shop, and field locations - Overseeing fleet management: vehicle maintenance schedules, registrations, repairs, and compliance - Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for equipment and facility needs - Managing tool and equipment inventory — tracking, maintenance, and replacement - Ensuring the shop and office are clean, organized, safe, and compliant - Supporting field operations by removing logistical obstacles for technicians - Tracking operational KPIs and reporting regularly to ownership - Identifying and solving facility and process inefficiencies before they become problems - Assisting with onboarding setup for new hires (vehicles, tools, uniforms) What We're Looking For - Experience managing facilities, fleet, or operations in a service-based business - Comfort being the go-to person for everything behind the scenes - Attention to detail in asset tracking, vendor coordination, and maintenance logs - Willingness to get hands-on when needed — this is not a desk-only job - Ability to prioritize multiple moving parts without dropping things - Professional communication with vendors, technicians, and leadership - Strong organizational habits and comfort with checklists, schedules, and systems If you need someone to tell you what to do every day, prefer working behind a desk only, or struggle to stay organized without reminders — this won't be a fit.
